Program

Yous “Fitfulness & Mindfulness” Summer Camp

At Yous Summer Camp, each day is intentionally designed to help kids move their bodies, focus their minds, and build confidence all through play. Campers experience a dynamic fusion of fitness games, outdoor play, yoga, and mindfulness that keeps energy high while also teaching kids how to slow down, breathe, and reset. Throughout the week, campers build strength, coordination, and resilience through movement while learning age-appropriate yoga, breathing, and meditation practices that support focus and self-awareness.

Core Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

5 - 10 years old at time of program start

Early Arrival:

8:00 AM (+$50/week)

At least half deposit must be paid for your child's spot in the program to be held. 100% refunds for cancellations before 4/15, after which we'll offer a 50% refund until the starting day of your child's camp. The Fusion of Fitfulness

Yous Fitfulness (fitness+mindfulness) classes brings kids’ fitness, yoga, and mindfulness to kids ages 1+. Through engaging movement, stillness, and play, kids develop focus, resilience, and a positive relationship with their bodies and minds.

Fitness

At Yous, every class begins with making fitness fun! Kids engage in developmentally-appropriate games that emphasize teamwork and foundational exercises such as running, jumping, burpees, and planks. Our consistent programming nurtures positive body awareness, fosters a lasting exercise habit, enhances cardiovascular strength, and introduces the concept of perseverance. All of this is done under the guidance of our supportive and knowledgeable instructors.

Yoga

Following the energetic and heart-stimulating activities, the class transitions into recovery with yoga. Kids love yoga at Yous! Our sessions are engaging and challenging for all ages. Each lesson includes restful restorative postures followed by an active yoga series. Your child will learn about breath control, flexibility, various postures, and techniques for calming the mind.

Meditation

Finally, kids learn to practice mindfulness, a proven method for bringing calm and focus to their development. Kids naturally take to meditation, which enhances their focus, awareness, and meta-cognition.

All You Need to Know

Driven by a vision to make fitness joyful and mindfulness accessible, our founder set out to empower children.

Yous Summer Camp is offered during the following weekly sessions:

  • Monday, June 15 – Friday, June 19

  • Monday, July 7 – Friday, July 10

  • Monday, July 27 – Friday, July 31

  • Monday, August 17 – Friday, August 21

Families may enroll for one or multiple weeks, depending on availability.

Camp is designed for children ages 5–10 years old at the time the program begins.

Camp runs Monday–Friday with:

  • Core Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Early Arrival: 8:00 AM (+$50/week)

  • Late Pick-Up: Until 5:00 PM (+$100/week)

Enrollment is weekly and spots are intentionally limited to maintain a high-quality camper experience and strong camper-to-coach ratios. Once a week fills, a waitlist will open and families will be contacted if space becomes available.

Fitfulness = fitness + mindfulness.
Our curriculum blends movement, strength, yoga, breathwork, and meditation so kids build strong bodies, calm minds, and emotional resilience — all through play.

Campers experience a balanced mix of:

  • Fitness games, races, obstacle courses, and team challenges

  • Strength, coordination, and safe “heavy work” (pushes, pulls, carries)

  • Outdoor play and sports-based games

  • Yoga flows, stretching, and breathwork

  • Age-appropriate meditation and mindfulness practices

  • Teamwork, confidence-building, and social connection

All activities are adaptable and scaled to each child’s ability level.

Please send your child with:

  • water bottle

  • Comfortable clothes and sneakers

  • packed lunch & snack

  • Any labeled medication (if applicable)

Yes. Yous Summer Camp is a peanut- and nut-free program.

Approximately 6:1, allowing for individual attention, safety, and meaningful connection.

Yes. All Yous staff complete FBI background checks, PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and NSOR clearances, and follow Yous safety protocols.

Yes — with communication. Please share your child’s needs in advance so we can plan appropriate supports. If a 1:1 aide is required, we’ll coordinate with families directly.

  • $425 per week

  • Early Arrival: +$50/week

  • Late Pick-Up: +$100/week

minimum 50% deposit is required to hold your child’s spot. After registration, families will receive an email with:

  • payment link

  • Terms & conditions

  • Remaining balance details

  • 100% refund for cancellations made before April 15

  • 50% refund for cancellations made after April 15 up until the start of your child’s camp week

  • No refunds once a camp week has begun

To keep groups consistent and supportive, we do not offer drop-ins or trial days.

On the final day of each weekly session, families are invited to a Fitness & Mindfulness Showcase, where campers proudly demonstrate fitness skills, yoga flows, and mindfulness practices they’ve learned — celebrating growth, confidence, and effort.

In the event of severe weather or emergencies, families will be notified promptly via email and text.
