The Fusion of Fitfulness

Our Kids Personal Training program provides personalized 1:1 and small-group fitness, yoga, and meditation coaching designed to build strength, focus, and emotional regulation. Each session blends movement, breathwork, and play-based learning, tailored to your child’s developmental stage and goals. We offer long-term coaching to create consistent growth, with sessions available in homes, parks, and building gyms.

The Fusion of Fitfulness

Yous Fitfulness (fitness+mindfulness) classes brings kids’ fitness, yoga, and mindfulness to kids ages 1+. Through engaging movement, stillness, and play, kids develop focus, resilience, and a positive relationship with their bodies and minds.

Fitness

At Yous, every class begins with making fitness fun! Kids engage in developmentally-appropriate games that emphasize teamwork and foundational exercises such as running, jumping, burpees, and planks. Our consistent programming nurtures positive body awareness, fosters a lasting exercise habit, enhances cardiovascular strength, and introduces the concept of perseverance. All of this is done under the guidance of our supportive and knowledgeable instructors.

Yoga

Following the energetic and heart-stimulating activities, the class transitions into recovery with yoga. Kids love yoga at Yous! Our sessions are engaging and challenging for all ages. Each lesson includes restful restorative postures followed by an active yoga series. Your child will learn about breath control, flexibility, various postures, and techniques for calming the mind.

Driven by a vision to make fitness joyful and mindfulness accessible, our founder set out to empower children.

We typically coach kids ages 3–18, with custom programs available for toddlers, early childhood, and pre-teens and teens.

Every session blends fitness, yoga, meditation, and play-based learning. Kids build strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, emotional regulation, and confidence through games, skill training, breathwork, and age-appropriate challenges. If you prefer to just focus on certain areas, that works too!

We coach in your home, building gym, local park, school gym, in Philadelphia.

Sessions run 45–60 minutes, depending on age and goals.

No — we only offer ongoing, long-term programming.

This allows us to build a consistent relationship with your child, support their growth over time, and create sustainable progress in both movement and mindfulness.

Absolutely. We offer sibling sessions, 2–3 kid trainings, and small-group pods.
